Chapel Grill

A timber framed gazebo custom designed for a Duke University alum. This is evident in material choices as well as specific architectural elements. The large curving timber beams bear strong resemblance to arched windows of Duke Chapel and surrounding campus buildings. The gazebo’s metal work and stone foundation are also common features found throughout the universities campus. The color of natural stone and application technique coordinates with existing landscape elements at the client’s residence creating an esthetically balanced environment.
