Mentor Technical Group
The organizational structure of Mentor Technical Group changed, the result was multiple divisions under an umbrella company. Their identity in the marketplace was strong enough we didn’t want to scrap the original logo but rather refresh it. By updating the fonts and a slight rearrangement we created a series of logos for the various new entities. A globe image, emphasizing their international footprint, and swoosh graphics were used concurrently as the main identifying elements for their new overall brand identity. A complete set of traditional print collateral was developed along with a new website, vehicle signage, trade show booth and print advertising.
An internal safety campaign was launched to improve overall on-the-job safety through training and new safety initiatives. The goal was to help employees become more safety-conscious. The campaign was branded with a logo that portrayed a positive outlook and outcome. Below is the logo and it’s application to a button, to be worn by all employees announcing the campaign.
An internal staff incentive campaign was developed and titled “Employee of the Year”. Below are some of the branded materials distributed during the introduction meeting. The finalist would receive an unspecified bonus and a copy of the globe award, also shown below.
